Oscar Rodriguez has a superior degree in Telecommunications Engineering
(specialisation on Business Management), and has a Master in Business
Administration (MBA) Executive.
He has 11 years of experience working for multi-national large firms, like Hewlett Packard and XEROX, and consultancy firms. In the last 5 years he has specialized in Systemic Coaching, been the President of the European Association on Systemic Consultancy (EURASYC)
He is also a member of ICF (International Coach Federation), and of the
Management Board of the Spanish Bert Hellinger Association. He is also a
member of the European Virtual Center for Innovation Excellence
Assessment, financed by the European Commission.
His training as a systemic coach took place during 5 years across several
countries worldwide. Since 2005 he performs
Systemic Coaching sessions, at executive and organisational lavels, to
companies and public bodies. He also performs
In-company trainings, courses in Business Schools, as
well as
full trainings
in Systemic Coaching, both in Spain and
internationally.
He is bilingual in English, and has a medium level of French.
